Accademicals's J. Flower left the field after 42 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was A. Zahir. They were singing the praises of S. Bílý 43 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 1 - 0 to Čoulové. Accademicals's N. Porter had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 43 minutes having been played. L. Newman was the replacement. M. Tunna was the new captain of Accademicals - handed the armband by the departing player. M. Drechsler increased the lead for Čoulové to 2 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Čoulové's M. Drechsler increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 44 minutes. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Čoulové claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 60 percent.

The visitors got a chance to pulling one back after 64 minutes, due to a defensive blunder leaving A. Black completely unmarked. His strike was pathetic though, easy prey for the home side's keeper. Coming from the right, M. Kurzydłowski almost managed to score another goal for Čoulové, but his header was tipped over the bar by the visitors' keeper. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave M. Drechsler from Čoulové a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 77 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A lovely run by Čoulové's M. Ulathah left his markers for dead and should have resulted in a goal, but the finish went just wide. Čoulové's M. Kurzydłowski swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Čoulové put in a good effort on the right, but H. Turko saw his volley fly wide of the mark 88 minutes into the game. Possession in this half belonged to Čoulové, who controlled the ball 64 percent of the time.

Čoulové's top performer was clearly M. Kolaja. However, M. Kurzydłowski made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Accademicals player was without a doubt B. Devas. L. Newman was a disappointment, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
