Crossy 0 - 4 Mijinko
(378981359)

09-05-2012 08.15
Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 5013 at
Stadium of Justice today.
姚 (Yao) 楠天 (Nantian) was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Robert Tobiasson and
Zizou Gschwend.
Crossy started off with a 3-5-2 lineup.
They fielded: Maral - Morozov, Dominó, Loukanidis - Chiriac, Zhovtyj, Gajser, Berkani, Faccone - Kuleshevich, Suominen.
Mijinko tactics involved an interesting 5-3-2 combination.
The following players had been chosen: Pešić - Arai, Anhorn, Munuá, Kaustiala, 菊池 (Kikuchi) - Sohlman, Barzotto, Feilmann - Rollet, Vergnasco.
Crossy saw most attack opportunities on the wings.
It was an obvious ambition of Mijinko to use their ability at attacking on the flanks.
Mijinko had to make a substitution after 33 minutes.
P. Vergnasco limped off the field and was replaced by
T. Stoquart.
Crossy had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead.
The most controversial moment of the game was likely the penalty given after 41 minutes. Mijinko's
I. Munuá kept his concentration, despite the upset crowd, and calmly put the ball past the keeper to make the score 0 - 1.
Mijinko's
I. Munuá left the field after 43 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was
克. 池上 (Ikegami).
It was obvious that Crossy had instructions to attack on the wings instead of in the middle.
The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 1.
Possession in this half belonged to Crossy, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.
The Mijinko players could smell victory in the air.
F. Barzotto wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for
A. Davy after 46 minutes.
A. Berkani behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 66 minutes as he gave the ball away to
A. Davy. Lucky for him though, there was no goal.
満. 菊池 (Kikuchi) sailed high above the opponents as he headed in a corner kick from
J. Feilmann after 67 minutes of play, making the score 0 - 2.
With 77 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed
克. 池上 (Ikegami) of Mijinko to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 3.
Players in Mijinko heard their coach's words ringing in their ears and steered their central attacks to the wings instead.
84 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 4 as
D. Anhorn finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick.
The players of Mijinko now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Crossy, with 56 percent of the ball.
Crossy's best player was
T. Suominen.
A. Dominó was a disappointment, however.
Mijinko's top performer was clearly
S. Kaustiala.
However,
T. Arai made a disastrous appearance.
The match ends 0 - 4.
