YBY had a good opportunity to attack in the middle, but remembered their instructions to focus on wing attacks instead. After 5 minutes of play, D. Stacy gave the home team a 1 - 0 lead after an attack coming in from the right. ASLAN58's R. Bastiaensen scored to make the score 1 - 1 after 10 minutes by shooting accurately and hard from a long distance, leaving the opponent keeper no other option than to pick the ball out of the net. After 22 minutes, ASLAN58's Ç. Çeyiz made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 1 - 2. YBY's F. Daví had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 27 minutes having been played. K. Maşuke was the replacement. Halftime score was 1 - 2. ASLAN58 had most of the ball, with 62 percent of possession.

With 69 minutes played, R. Bastiaensen nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. 73 minutes into the game, R. Govindin came close to levelling the score with a dangerous shot from the centre of the area that went just over the bar. The bench was restless, and with 75 minutes passed YBY's coach gave C. Dalamer the opportunity the player had been hoping for. W. Ligmanowski reluctantly left the field. M. Vigo wasn't much help defensively. His energy-consuming forward runs proved quite costly in the oppressive heat. U. Alımlı came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over W. Prasnal but overcooked it and hit the bar instead. E. Nafile showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 84 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 2 - 2 equaliser away. Possession in this half belonged to ASLAN58, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

The most dominating YBY player was without a doubt M. Jacquet. However, K. Maşuke made a disastrous appearance. Most important ASLAN58 player was U. Alımlı. G. Hüseyin turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 2.
