Overcast weather free of rain made for a crowd turnout of 1854 at Pasarón today. José Hugo Munuá was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Eugenio Alesse and Jorge Barbosa. It was obvious that team Pontevedriña had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. 10 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as P. Spaccamela broke through, making the score 2 - 0 for Pontevedriña. A. Colalongo was called on to replace Grall's R. Knarren after 28 minutes following a nasty collision. Grall reduced the deficit to 2 - 1 with a penalty placed perfectly beside the left post by M. Wojda. Z. Zakościelna behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 37 minutes as he gave the ball away to E. Esteva. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. R. Berndt unleashed a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. After 44 minutes, E. Esteva put Pontevedriña ahead 3 - 1 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Pontevedriña's R. Berndt increased the lead to 4 - 1, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 44 minutes. The players of Pontevedriña now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. It was 4 - 1 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to Pontevedriña, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Pontevedriña, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. R. Robins squirmed through their central defence after 53 minutes, increasing the lead to 5 - 1. With 72 minutes gone, Grall had a free kick in a decent position. Despite this being a great chance for a shot, they tried a cheeky move intended to bypass the defence. However, M. Gruda did not manage to connect with it cleanly and the ball went out. Pontevedriña were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. Cheers filled the stadium as R. Robins broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 1 to Pontevedriña. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Pontevedriña, with 55 percent of the ball.

Pontevedriña's top performer was clearly L. Bustillo. However, A. Cankılıç made a disastrous appearance. The most dominating Grall player was without a doubt V. Lindegaard. A. Colalongo on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 6 - 1.
