Clear skies welcomed the 1558 spectators who had made their way to Ghetto of Zürich. Marco Threels was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Claudio Pezzella and Philipp Pendersen. Uttigteiger mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. 12 minutes in, FC K12 appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only passable. FC K12 were very close to putting themselves one up after 24 minutes as J. Kreß got through on the left, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. 25 minutes into the match, Uttigteiger nearly took the lead, as J. Klee broke through on the right. S. Wecker made the save, however. It was 0 - 0 at the break. FC K12 enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 51 percent of possession.

Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of FC K12 was able to get his message across, and raised FC K12's organisation to solid. Some good play on the left wing created an opportunity for the visitors 49 minutes into the match, and N. Glutz wasn't about to let it go by. He got past the defenders and fired a shot that the keeper just missed. 0 - 1 for the visitors. J. Klee fired a shot from distance after 53 minutes, but the long shot couldn't find the net for Uttigteiger. J. Kreß of FC K12 was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Uttigteiger's L. Sörensen made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 71 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. A drive down the left side allowed V. Lacotte to get in close and score another goal for Uttigteiger after 83 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 2. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by FC K12, with 54 percent of the ball.

Most important FC K12 player was F. Boros. X. Abed-Abdul on the other hand, had a terrible day. Uttigteiger's best player was Y. Peters. C. Truog was a disappointment, however. The match ends 0 - 2.
