After 47 minutes Chaostruppe's V. Uskov limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. United increased the lead as H. Stevens struck to make the score 2 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave M. Weinwurm from Chaostruppe a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 63 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The crowd roared its approval when D. Whitt somehow managed to block a shot which seemed to be a certain goal by Chaostruppe's B. Van Hoof 70 minutes into the game. After 74 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by H. Stevens might have resulted in another goal for United. However, V. Uskov made a spectacular save. The heat made it a terrible day for M. Casterman, who seemed unable to keep up with the other players. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by United, with 63 percent of the ball.

Most important United player was R. Vykydal. D. Whitt on the other hand, had a terrible day. S. Jacobsson performed admirably for Chaostruppe. V. Uskov turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 0.
