The home crowd breathed a collective sigh of relief when D. van Geilswijk was unable to put the ball in the net after his show of skill down the left 31 minutes into the match. He was seen beating the pitch in frustration at missing such a good chance to give his team the lead! dkRangers were very close to putting themselves one up after 31 minutes as S. Duk got through on the left, but failing in concentration, he shot the ball wide. dkRangers had a good opportunity to take the lead as S. Biegun came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of A. Igellius. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. UrTolkien had most of the ball, with 52 percent of possession.

They were singing the praises of A. Minkiewicz 64 minutes into the match after his speculative chip from the middle of the penalty box found its way over the visitors' keeper to make the score 1 - 0 to dkRangers. A. Minkiewicz of dkRangers was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Although the whole team were struggling to impress, UrTolkien's P. Igelskär was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 70 minutes. E. Bonastre was given a chance to change things around. dkRangers solidified their lead at the 73 minute mark, as E. Bręk dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. After 84 minutes, a deliberate handball from dkRangers's A. Minkiewicz was judged to be his second bookable offence, and he was sent off. D. Sowiński made a brilliant save 85 minutes into the match, blocking a rocket of a shot from V. Assis on the right hand side. UrTolkien reduced the lead after 86 minutes to 2 - 1 as D. van Geilswijk easily chipped the ball past the home side's keeper after a dazzling play from the right. 87 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as S. Duk broke through, making the score 3 - 1 for dkRangers. O. Surawski of dkRangers received a yellow card after 88 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Possession in this half belonged to UrTolkien, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.

The most dominating dkRangers player was without a doubt T. Lizak. S. Biegun on the other hand, had a terrible day. UrTolkien's top performer was clearly M. Hellquist. On the other hand, A. Igellius's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 1.
