It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 53199 that came out to

Daniele Dirollo and
Roberto Gómez.
The derby had been the talk of
Strathclyde all week and fans of both teams could be seen throughout the stadium.

The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
G. Gille from allstars a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 2 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
10 minutes into the match and the home team took a 1 - 0 lead after breaking through on the left. The scorer for allstars was
C. Coniglio.
M. Ramírez increased allstars's lead to 2 - 0 with a penalty spot cannonball.
