Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 1103 to CBS Arena. Gianfilippo Mecenero was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Johannes Langen and Mario Picollo. After 22 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Schäbige found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to wretched. A crazy pass by L. Carmona towards his own keeper almost caused a goal for Schäbige, but S. Argelsried didn't get the finish right. Deunidó broke through on the left 26 minutes into the game, with V. Iñarra firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead. Cheers filled the stadium as C. Palacín broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 2 - 0 to Deunidó. With 32 minutes played, D. Scholsching of Schäbige fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, W. Truyers got himself booked. The manager of Deunidó was not happy. After 39 minutes, a long pass from Deunidó's H. Mota caught the defence out of position. C. Palacín collected the ball, and with the goal at his mercy calmly rolled the ball just inside the post. 3 - 0. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Deunidó lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. V. Iñarra increased the lead for Deunidó to 4 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! 44 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as B. Muntaña broke through, making the score 5 - 0 for Deunidó. The teams went for the halftime break at 5 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to Deunidó, who controlled the ball 81 percent of the time.

A review of the gameplan helped Schäbige get back to a passable organisation when the referee blew his whistle again. The Deunidó free kick 47 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of L. Carmona, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 6 - 0! V. Iñarra could have put Deunidó up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 63 minutes. 64 minutes into the game Schäbige managed a counterattack, but H. Neidhardt took a soft shot from the left flank that was easy prey for the alert keeper. After 73 minutes, S. Pavón put Deunidó ahead 7 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. R. Bartlhuber was called on to replace Schäbige's F. Nadassky after 80 minutes following a nasty collision. The home side's B. Muntaña curled a free kick home after 82 minutes, putting Deunidó ahead 8 - 0. V. Iñarra of Deunidó received a yellow card after 83 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. B. Muntaña squirmed through their central defence after 86 minutes, increasing the lead to 9 - 0. At that, B. Muntaña was noted down for a hat trick! Deunidó enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 71 percent of possession.

Deunidó's top performer was clearly L. Carmona. On the other hand, B. Ebbens's play was disheartening. Schäbige's best player was H. Neidhardt. However, F. Fremy made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 9 - 0.
