Pădure missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. 13 minutes in, X-Team appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only weak. X-Team had a good opportunity to take the lead as T. Luikinga came up the left side, but he struck the ball weakly and it went straight into the arms of Z. Veres. G. Rougemont behaved like an inexperienced youth player after 32 minutes as he gave the ball away to Z. Boros. Lucky for him though, there was no goal. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave L. Cottam from Godwin a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 34 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The player down was K. Cenan. The X-Team bench looked worried for a while, but in the end he managed to get up. 0 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to X-Team, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

The X-Team players spent the break getting a rerun of the team's tactical organisation and regained a passable organisation when the game started again. X-Team's Z. Boros was shown a yellow card after 55 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 56 minutes into the game, X-Team had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to passable. X-Team fans held their breath as K. Cenan scampered down the left side. He successfully avoided all challenges and cracked home the shot for 1 - 0! 70 minutes into the game, X-Team seemed a little tentative in their play as their organization fell to weak. D. Pădure was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, X-Team's C. Diac managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 2 - 0 T. Luikinga could have put X-Team up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 75 minutes. X-Team enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 53 percent of possession.

X-Team's best player was T. Luikinga. V. Claverini on the other hand, had a terrible day. Godwin's top performer was clearly H. Klougart. However, M. Mancinelli made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 2 - 0.
