previous 7/10 next 9/10  Libourne 6 - 0 Haarlem (379837933)

4306 spectators arrived at Champ des Rois, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Erik Kristensen was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Sebastian Brzeczek and Johnny Laursen. Libourne tactics involved an interesting 3-5-2 combination. They fielded: André - Soares, Amice, Lemire - Kilsgaard, 安航 (Anhang) , Aymé, Castro, Le Bail - Aakvik, Busan.

Haarlem had chosen a strategic 3-5-2 formation. Lineup: Oud - Blog, Fernee, Stuurman - Sokolík, Aertse, Twil, Brood, Nesi - Endel, Holla.

After a fine move down the middle N. Kilsgaard nearly gave the home side a goal after 3 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave N. Kilsgaard from Libourne a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 22 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! C. Nesi of Haarlem had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. D. de Maat came in to finish the match. Libourne took the lead after 33 minutes as a result of G. Busan's peach of a shot from the right hand side of the box - placed beautifully in the top corner. 1 - 0. The referee showed Haarlem's J. Stuurman the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Libourne's S. Aakvik swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. Libourne managed to extend their lead to 2 - 0 when S. Aakvik cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. N. André made a brilliant save 42 minutes into the match, blocking a rocket of a shot from R. Endel on the right hand side. 2 - 0 was the score after the first half. Libourne had most of the ball, with 76 percent of possession.

Libourne's A. Amice increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 48 minutes. The players of Libourne now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. The corner kick from N. Kilsgaard was powerfully met by the head of Z. Soares to make the score 4 - 0. N. Aymé increased the lead for Libourne to 5 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Things were deteriorating for the away team as Libourne scored another to make it 6 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for G. Busan after 71 minutes. Possession in this half belonged to Libourne, who controlled the ball 76 percent of the time.

The most dominating Libourne player was without a doubt M. Castro. However, N. André made a disastrous appearance. Haarlem's top performer was clearly R. Endel. M. Brood was a disappointment, however. The match ends 6 - 0.
