K. Landvoogd increased the lead for Valiants to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it!
By now, the players in Valiants felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
A great save by keeper
E. Rueda after 31 minutes kept the visitors in the game after
J. Henrique struck from the left with a real cannonball.
After several obvious shirt pulling incidents,
L. Skrl got himself booked. The manager of Valiants was not happy.
35 minutes into the game, Valiants seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a
passable level of organisation.
37 minutes in, Vallen appeared unsure on how to play and their organisation was only
inadequate.

Possession in this half belonged to Valiants, who controlled the ball 65 percent of the time.
A review of the gameplan helped Valiants get back to a
solid organisation when the referee blew his whistle again.
During the break, Vallen's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to
solid organisation.
The Valiants players could smell victory in the air.
L. Skrl wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for
B. MacCririe after 46 minutes.

R. Montero needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed.

W. MacMurdoch put Valiants ahead 4 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing.
Valiants solidified their lead at the 77 minute mark, as
N. Dervišagić dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 5 - 0.
A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Valiants's
O. Dein-Butt increasing the lead to 6 - 0.
The referee showed Valiants's
O. Dein-Butt the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
After 85 minutes, there was a bit of a mixup on the field as Valiants found themselves out of position and their organisation level dropped to
passable.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Valiants, with 72 percent of the ball.
