Novales cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. After 40 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by J. Novales might have resulted in another goal for Dream. However, A. Brandstrup made a spectacular save. Halftime score was 3 - 0. Dream claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

M. Mitrea increased the lead for Dream to 4 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! Dream put themselves up 5 - 0 when A. Keysi broke through on the right, leaving the entire defence trailing in his wake. By now, the players in Dream felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. M. Burgmayr had a fantastic opportunity to put Dream up another goal 79 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Dream's L. Hamrath increasing the lead to 6 - 0. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Dream coach let L. Alagich replace W. Eberan after 89 minutes. The coach of Dream was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 89 minutes, S. Herberich came on for A. Keysi. L. Alagich was the new captain of Dream - handed the armband by the departing player. J.
