Frezza didn't let the weather get him down and made some great moves on the pitch in spite of the rain. With 85 minutes played, United put themselves up 0 - 4 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was F. Taranto. The game was close to savage at times, and United's G. Casola received a second yellow card after 88 minutes; his ticket out of the game. Possession in this half belonged to United, who controlled the ball 68 percent of the time.
