Weather conditions were fairly good for football, and
Nazdrovia Arena saw a crowd turnout of 12000.
Ivo Back was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Dominique Helfenberger and
Leonardo Boneccher.

The home crowd was not impressed when

A defender managed to keep the ball from crossing the goal-line after a curling shot coming in from the right from
L. Koevoet after 9 minutes, and prevented Victoria from going up another goal.
17 minutes into the game, Victoria worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch.
The visitors'
D. Jansse took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 34 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for Victoria.

Victoria enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 85 percent of possession.
D. Ščerba seemed to be impossibly far from the goal, but he looked up and bang! A real cracker for Victoria after 55 minutes. 0 - 4.
By now, the players in Victoria felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.
After 59 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed
J. Janderla to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 5.
Nazdrovia's
W. Kunstenaar was shown a yellow card after 62 minutes for slicing down an opponent.
With 63 minutes played,
D. Ščerba nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar.
Nazdrovia had to make a substitution after 66 minutes.
T. Sonneveld limped off the field and was replaced by
T. Coenen.
The referee showed Victoria's
P. Spigt the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
W. Kunstenaar was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so Nazdrovia's
H. Wurtz had to come off the bench.

Victoria's

C. de Ridder broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 7, much to the home crowd's dismay.

Nazdrovia's best player was

However,
J. Gilsing made a disastrous appearance.
J. Urrea Palafox performed admirably for Victoria.
On the other hand,
D. Jansse's play was disheartening.
