The home crowd was not impressed by the fancy moves of Tiki's V. Louter after 31 minutes. He converted a pass from the left for a goal, resulting in the visitors taking the 0 - 1 lead. 39 minutes in, Tiki's R. Sørensen received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. A. Zuecos were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. 44 minutes into the game, Tiki seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. 0 - 2 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Zuecos, who controlled the ball 52 percent of the time.

During the break, Tiki's coach went through the team's tactics yet again, getting them up to solid organisation. Zuecos had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. D. Ponce did everything he could to get one back for his Zuecos, but keeper H. Çerkez denied him with a spectacular block. With 57 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience, A. Kadijević needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. The Tiki players could smell victory in the air. A. Prittinen wasn't in a hurry to leave the field as he was substituted for M. Téllez after 67 minutes. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Zuecos, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. D. Danielson challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 74 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it. Content with how the game was proceeding, the Tiki coach let N. Uça replace E. Åhnstål after 75 minutes. It might be a while before the fans see Tiki's D. Pleşcan again, after he had to leave the field in great distress at the 75 minute mark. He was replaced by G. Alfeld. 张. 崇宁 (Chongning) was, after 79 minutes, almost able to extend the visitors' lead with a well placed diving header after the ball had looped into the centre, but the home side's keeper R. Koenderink made the save. After 83 minutes, Zuecos switched J. Ramboa with M. Baloira, hoping for a quick impact on the pitch. With 83 minutes played, the Zuecos coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. T. Eirtola came on, D. Ponce had to leave the fray. Zuecos had most of the ball, with 51 percent of possession.

D. Danielson performed admirably for Zuecos. On the other hand, S. Rocha Cardoso's play was disheartening. Tiki's top performer was clearly M. Téllez. H. Çerkez turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 2.
