His shot came in from the right hand side but W. Vui-Hing managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. R. Kaprolat's speed was almost enough to give Xanthic a goal after 33 minutes, but his nice pass to 薛. 效寶 (Xiaobao) was not taken care of properly. 薛. 效寶 (Xiaobao) increased the lead for Xanthic to 3 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! After this, you could see that the players of Xanthic were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. 薛. 效寶 (Xiaobao) acted with superior experience when, 35 minutes into the match, he predicted a pass, intercepted it and then finished off with a goal. 4 - 0 for Xanthic! After 38 minutes a well-practised indirect free kick routine by Xanthic was easily anticipated by the defenders. The players forward were so well marked, they were left with few viable options. The teams went for the halftime break at 4 - 0. Xanthic claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 73 percent.

That made three goals for V. Aleksić and he was marked down for the hat trick. After 77 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by K. Retyunskiy might have resulted in another goal for Xanthic. However, W. Vui-Hing made a spectacular save. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Xanthic scored another to make it 7 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for V. Aleksić after 79 minutes. Xanthic's R. Kaprolat got himself booked for a foul. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Xanthic to 8 - 0 as V. Aleksić finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. Possession in this half belonged to Xanthic, who controlled the ball 75 percent of the time.

The most dominating Xanthic player was without a doubt R. Kaprolat. A. Bernot turned in a dismal performance, however. C. Tak-Ming performed admirably for Hua-lien. However, S. Man-Ho made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 8 - 0.
