Somnorosii had several good opportunities to take the lead, especially 27 minutes in when O. Merraouche came up alone against M. Levi who managed a block. Somnorosii had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 37 minutes, following yet another great corner, D. Pleşan's flick on at the near post reached R. Toia, who was just wide with his snapshot - the ball went out for a goal kick. Somnorosii's A. Véber was shown a yellow card after 38 minutes for slicing down an opponent. R. Luzon of ^_^ had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. D. Tãmas came in to finish the match. Central attacks were the recipe of the day for Somnorosii, as they moved the ball from the wings to the middle with startling regularity. 40 minutes into the game, O. Merraouche almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. With 42 minutes gone, D. Pleşan suddenly found himself completely free on the right wing when a counterattack by ^_^ caught their opponents by surprise. Only a great save by the opposing keeper prevented him from scoring. 0 - 0 was the halftime score. Somnorosii enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 57 percent of possession.

A. Véber would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. M. Andresen entered the game for Somnorosii as the match clock showed 46 minutes. The ^_^ free kick 58 minutes into the match seemed wasted, as the shot was both short and off target. But was this actually a plan? The ball landed at the feet of J. Schelbert, who was completely unmarked in the box. That's 1 - 0! After 58 minutes, the ^_^ players received new instructions from their manager on how to keep in control of the game. The ^_^ coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 58 minutes into the game. ^_^'s D. Tãmas got himself booked for a foul. The visiting team's M. Andresen was able to score the 1 - 1 equaliser with a header 76 minutes into the match, after some good work on the right. 77 minutes into the match Somnorosii's O. Merraouche couldn't take advantage of the penalty kick to put his team up by a goal. ^_^ earned themselves a free kick after a counterattack wasn't dealt with adequately by their opponents. R. Pintea powered the shot in for 2 - 1. The game was close to savage at times, and ^_^'s D. Tãmas received a second yellow card after 80 minutes; his ticket out of the game. Somnorosii had most of the ball, with 61 percent of possession.

Most important ^_^ player was V. Feodoridi. G. Şoşea on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Somnorosii player was without a doubt A. Rappaport. M. Vigolo was a disappointment, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
