It was obvious that INCEPUT were using their pressing skill as their primary tactic. After 5 minutes, the rm.valcea. coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving A. Capone off the field. J. Gradwohl took his place. After 5 minutes, rm.valcea. put themselves up 0 - 1, as O. Nellemann finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. A lovely run by rm.valcea.'s A. Uzdowski left his markers for dead and should have resulted in a goal, but the finish went just wide. The visitors' O. Nellemann took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 25 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for rm.valcea.. The players of rm.valcea. now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. R. Kjeldberg could have put his team up another goal 29 minutes into the game, after a rush down the left, but his closing shot hit the post. 30 minutes in, rm.valcea.'s A. Uzdowski received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. INCEPUT's T. Latorre went down after a savage challenge, but could continue playing after some medical attention. 33 minutes into the match, O. Nellemann came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. rm.valcea.'s E. Astudillo was shown a yellow card after 36 minutes for slicing down an opponent. 0 - 2 was the score after the first half. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by rm.valcea., with 57 percent of the ball.

INCEPUT's A. Voitechovskis managed a superb strike from the left after 85 minutes that would have left goalkeeper S. Aliverti without a chance, had it not hit the post. INCEPUT's defence sent a ball soaring up the middle on a beautiful counterattack with 87 minutes gone, but F. Stietencron's finish was met by the reaching hands of the keeper. A spectacular volley from M. Ayerdi almost resulted in a goal, but a good save from the keeper kept it out, and C. Pfalzgraf could only knock the loose ball wide. The pressing tactics used by INCEPUT were successful as the ball remained close to the half way line at all times. rm.valcea. enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

INCEPUT's best player was M. Las Heras Rueda. A. Voitechovskis on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating rm.valcea. player was without a doubt O. Nellemann. S. Aliverti turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 2.
