Le Meur took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. C. Alexe looked great 44 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors' J. Callahan. The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 0. As usual, M. Baya tried to use his strength and hard work for the benefit of the team, but the heat hit him hard and he couldn't keep pace at all. With 58 minutes played, M. Baya of aalleess11 fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. With the clock showing 61 minutes played, a great pass from the defensive line of Dog`s resulted in a counterattack that was smoothly brought under control by V. Pleşca in the centre of the opposition's penalty area, but his finish went high. A counterattack by Dog`s after 64 minutes could have resulted in a goal, but C. Dragomirescu, coming in on the left, couldn't get the shot off. aalleess11's J. Callahan got himself booked for a foul. Y. Le Meur of Dog`s had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game. V. Mândru came in to finish the match. C. Dragomirescu was the new captain of Dog`s - handed the armband by the departing player. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by aalleess11, with 69 percent of the ball.
