Letina fired a shot from distance after 68 minutes, but the long shot couldn't find the net for mangalia. Good work by the Speranta defensive line after 69 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found R. Kiera alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. Neither team was controlling the possession at this point in the match, with the stats showing a 50:50 split.
