Clouds darkened the skies at Mestaya Arena as 12000 spectators turned up for the match. Marian Kruk was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Gian Franco Busetto and Keith Kirk. ACSM were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. After 4 minutes, ACSM's M. Krzyżok made his way through the middle and nonchalantly placed the ball out of the keeper's reach, putting the visitors up 0 - 1. After 7 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave M. Krzyżok a chance to increase the lead for ACSM, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. By now, the players in ACSM felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. The visitors' C. Cutrono took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 21 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for ACSM. 29 minutes into the game, Baryboys had difficulty finding their positions and their organisation dropped to inadequate. A drive down the left side allowed M. Jaindl to get in close and score another goal for ACSM after 30 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 4. T. Tesarčík got a fingertip on K. Grigorov's shot from the left 39 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Halftime score was 0 - 4. ACSM had most of the ball, with 83 percent of possession.

Despite his frustration resulting in the smashing of a few teacups, the coach of Baryboys was able to get his message across, and raised Baryboys's organisation to solid. After 69 minutes, ACSM's M. Norem burst through the central defence and let loose a cannonball of a shot, scoring for 0 - 5. M. Norem increased ACSM's lead to 0 - 6 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. 73 minutes into the game, Baryboys seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a solid level of organisation. With 74 minutes played, ACSM put themselves up 0 - 7 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was C. Cutrono. ACSM increased their lead after 75 minutes when M. Krzyżok broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 8, much to the home crowd's dismay. This third goal completed a hattrick for M. Krzyżok. Almost all the way down to the corner flag, ACSM's M. Norem somehow managed to get a perfect pass into the middle, impossible to miss for K. Grigorov, who struck for 0 - 9. With 86 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed C. Cutrono of ACSM to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 10. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for C. Cutrono. ACSM claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 88 percent.

The most dominating Baryboys player was without a doubt J. Rovný. On the other hand, T. Tesarčík's play was disheartening. K. Grigorov performed admirably for ACSM. M. Jaindl on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 10.
