5131 spectators had come to Dudida Arena this cloudy day. Patoruzú Magariños was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Antonio Levy and Axel Streng. Havířov had chosen a strategic 4-4-2 formation. Starters: Švorčík - Hnízdo, Kittler, Semecký, Oral - Hrazdira, Dlouhý, Preisler, Vyvlečka - Petříček, Gerlich.

After 7 minutes, N. Toula came in from the right, feinted, then sped past the off-balance defender to make the score 1 - 0, giving Dudida the lead. Dudida solidified their lead at the 11 minute mark, as T. Ján dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 2 - 0. It was almost a goal for Havířov following M. Dlouhý's good header after a corner, it went just over the bar though. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Dudida to 3 - 0 as J. Štefánek finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. J. Štefánek had a fantastic opportunity to put Dudida up another goal 16 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. Havířov were able to mount several counterattacks, such as the impressive one after 17 minutes, but B. Hnízdo lofted a free kick over the crossbar. Dudida's J. Chabr swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. 3 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Dudida, who controlled the ball 78 percent of the time.

A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Dudida's J. Duna increasing the lead to 4 - 0. Confident in their lead, Dudida's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. After 71 minutes Dudida's N. Toula limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Cheers filled the stadium as N. Toula broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 5 - 0 to Dudida. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave J. Semecký from Havířov a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 79 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Dudida were given a gift! The ref dubiously awarded them a penalty 80 minutes into the match, which was neatly put away by F. Chlopčík. 6 - 0 for the home side. Dudida claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 80 percent.

The most dominating Dudida player was without a doubt J. Štefánek. V. Dáňa turned in a dismal performance, however. Havířov's best player was S. Petříček. However, R. Preisler made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 6 - 0.
