Starters: Lemnitskiy - Kraulis, Roze, Butkevich, Zārds, Kalniņš - Sacco, Bochkur, Stikāns, Liepiņš - Kvale.

The following players took the field: Karamäki - Boschiero, Berardi, Nieminen, 综翊 (Zongyi) - Arnáez, Lehel, Zimonjić, Hulpe - Šemiotas, Apáti.
Buccaneers saw most attack opportunities on the wings.
Sikie clearly had decided to counter-attack when they could.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
V. Apáti from Sikie a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 10 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
S. Butkevich was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so Buccaneers's
E. Plade had to come off the bench.
With the clock showing 26 minutes played, a great pass from the defensive line of Sikie resulted in a counterattack that was smoothly brought under control by
P. Šemiotas in the centre of the opposition's penalty area, but his finish went high.
M. Sacco of Buccaneers was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle.
Buccaneers broke through on the left 31 minutes into the game, with
A. Kraulis firing in from an acute angle to give the home side a 1 - 0 lead.
The teams went for the halftime break at 1 - 0.
Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Buccaneers, with 63 percent of the ball.
Sikie needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 65 minutes
E. Lehel made way for
S. Plum.
With 72 minutes played, the Sikie coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around.
I. Svezhentsev came on,
P. Šemiotas had to leave the fray.
Good work by the Sikie defensive line after 82 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found
A. Berardi alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide.
V. Apáti knew he was in trouble after hacking down an opponent. Despite his pleading with the referee, the Sikie player was shown a second yellow card and dismissed from the game.
T. Kvale of Buccaneers had to be helped off the pitch as an injury meant he was unable to finish the game.
T. Geenens came in to finish the match.
The Buccaneers captaincy was handed to
T. Geenens.
It was almost a goal for Buccaneers following
A. Kalniņš's good header after a corner, it went just over the bar though.
Having been awarded a free kick in an awkward position after 88 minutes, Buccaneers did not go for a shot but instead fired the ball hard into the 6 yard box. After a brief tussle with his marker,
L. Liepiņš was able to power the ball past the keeper to make the score 2 - 0.
Buccaneers enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 59 percent of possession.
The most dominating Buccaneers player was without a doubt
A. Stikāns.
E. Plade was a disappointment, however.
M. Boschiero performed admirably for Sikie.
M. Nieminen on the other hand, had a terrible day.
The match ends 2 - 0.
