This gave mīkstie the 1 - 0 lead. H. Jaich came close to levelling the score 28 minutes into the game, as he was set up with a through ball coming in from the left, but his shot hit the post. 1 - 0 was the halftime score. mīkstie enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 67 percent of possession.

A. Ramos Pemán had a fantastic opportunity to put mīkstie up another goal 52 minutes into the match, but he fired just over the crossbar. With 66 minutes played, G. Gualsoro could have brought this one home for mīkstie as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. mīkstie had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. After 79 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by R. Plevier might have resulted in another goal for mīkstie. However, B. Cydejko made a spectacular save. dull@is had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 80 minutes, but E. Siltanen's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. A. La Spada of mīkstie seemed to be floating in the air as he elegantly headed in to make the score 2 - 0 after a corner kick that was nicely executed by A. Ramos Pemán. mīkstie increased the lead as B. Gehrt struck to make the score 3 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. G. Eftimie of dull@is received a yellow card after 86 minutes for unsportsmanlike behaviour. mīkstie claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 65 percent.

mīkstie's top performer was clearly W. Steigenberger. B. Gehrt on the other hand, had a terrible day. E. Siltanen performed admirably for dull@is. On the other hand, G. Stala's play was disheartening. The match ends 3 - 0.
