It was obvious that team Celsy had instructions to attack in the middle instead of on the wings. After 28 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave S. Heibner a chance to increase the lead for Celsy, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. The visitors' D. Nemeth took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 32 minutes into the match. 0 - 3 for Celsy. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Celsy lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. O. Šic received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 34 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 4. The Celsy fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, D. Nemeth got himself booked. The manager of Celsy was not happy. 37 minutes into the game, Adrenalīns seemed to suffer a certain amount of confusion and they fell to a inadequate level of organisation. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Heibner who increased Celsy's lead to 0 - 7. That made three goals for S. Heibner and he was marked down for the hat trick. After 82 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for S. Heibner who increased Celsy's lead to 0 - 8. With 83 minutes played, Celsy put themselves up 0 - 9 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was J. Surdyk. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Celsy, with 92 percent of the ball.
