Igauņi2 10 - 0 Melnais (381524465)

It was an exceptionally sunny day for the crowd of 5488 that came out to Igauņu stadions. Gjinush Bega was the appointed referee with assistance provided by David Hernández and Gerhard Krainer. Igauņi2 started off with a 4-4-2 lineup. The following players had been chosen: Zeltiņš - Uryn, Beiziters, Rajeckis, Kandelis - Elcers, Biksāns, Sviestiņš, Rozenbergs - Likhobaba, Shikalev.

Melnais tactics involved an interesting 4-4-2 combination. The following players took the field: Makalovich - Grīnbergs, Kalniņš, Rozenbergs, Vilkauss - Šāvējs, Sveilis, Veinbergs, Andersons - Mayster, Freidis.

Igauņi2 took the lead 7 minutes in, as A. Elcers broke through on the left and put the 1 - 0 shot just beyond the reach of the outstretched keeper. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Igauņi2's V. Likhobaba increasing the lead to 2 - 0. After 25 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and S. Shikalev gave the Igauņi2 supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. After this, you could see that the players of Igauņi2 were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals. It was 3 - 0 at the break. Igauņi2 had most of the ball, with 70 percent of possession.

Igauņi2 managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when U. Sviestiņš cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. A. Rajeckis hit the corner kick straight to the keeper, but it was mishandled, giving Igauņi2's A. Elcers an easy chance to knock it in for 5 - 0. 59 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as A. Rajeckis broke through, making the score 6 - 0 for Igauņi2. After 64 minutes, O. Kalniņš made a complete fool of himself when he presented the ball to the feet of V. Likhobaba who smashed it into the open goal for Igauņi2. 7 - 0. Igauņi2 solidified their lead at the 67 minute mark, as S. Shikalev dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 8 - 0. After 68 minutes Melnais's A. Andersons contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. Igauņi2 increased the lead as A. Rajeckis struck to make the score 9 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. With 80 minutes played, K. Uryn of Igauņi2 fell dramatically just outside the penalty area. However, the referee was unimpressed, and booked him for diving. After 81 minutes, S. Shikalev put Igauņi2 ahead 10 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. By then S. Shikalev had scored three goals - a hat trick! Igauņi2 claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 71 percent.

Most important Igauņi2 player was S. Shikalev. However, I. Zeltiņš made a disastrous appearance. S. Freidis performed admirably for Melnais. On the other hand, A. Veinbergs's play was disheartening. The match ends 10 - 0.
