Gerling put koopakarud ahead 2 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in koopakarud's A. Öeren increasing the lead to 3 - 0. Rimming's right side looked dangerous after 38 minutes, as G. Laur broke through. O. Renning continued to stifle them, however, as he made the save look easy. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. koopakarud claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 56 percent.

M. Napp received some harsh words from his coach after he acted foolishly 47 minutes into the match, probably out of lack of experience, and almost let an opponent score. With 50 minutes played, N. Gerling could have brought this one home for koopakarud as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. A well placed corner kick from A. Kurm was followed by A. Öeren's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for koopakarud, the score now 4 - 0. By now, the players in koopakarud felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. O. Kaplinski could have put koopakarud up one more, but he fired into the side netting after breaking free on the left after 78 minutes. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by koopakarud, with 55 percent of the ball.

Most important koopakarud player was L. Mõniste. M. Lapenieks was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Rimming player was without a doubt F. Borski. However, G. Laur made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 4 - 0.
