Lasse Alanko.
Metallari started off with a 4-5-1 lineup.
They fielded: Longobardi - Branzanti, Bauche, Descheiver, Weiling - Flórez, Zoletto, Roca, Piccirillo, Miron - Tanasić.
A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Burantotolo.
Lineup: Pontes - Consiglio, Marshall, Reng - Sposato, Škundrić, Vokrri, Klinowski, Corrado - Scippa, Jaffar.
It was an obvious ambition of Metallari to use their ability at attacking on the flanks.
L. Longobardi looked great 13 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors'
A. Jaffar.
15 minutes into the game, Burantotolo's
A. Consiglio missed an opportunity to score the leading goal from a penalty when he delivered the shot straight into the keeper's hands.
24 minutes into the game,
G. Corrado almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar.
E. Weiling spent most of the time in a heap on the ground today, his normally rapid movement hindered by the slippery pitch.
The referee showed Metallari's
I. Miron the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
Halftime score was 0 - 0.
Possession in this half belonged to Metallari, who controlled the ball 58 percent of the time.
0 - 1 was the score with 49 minutes played, after

After 50 minutes, Metallari used a short break in the game to take new instructions from their coach.
As the game started to slip away for Metallari, the manager decided to change the tactical approach.
The home crowd cheered when, after 72 minutes,
A. Jaffar's charge up the middle resulted in the keeper making one of his best saves of the day.
After 74 minutes Burantotolo's
E. Vokrri limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue.
Metallari's
F. Bauche put his head to a well placed ball, lifted in from the left, and scored to make the score 1 - 1 with 79 minutes showing on the scoreboard clock.
With 81 minutes played
F. Bauche almost gave the home side the lead with an unexpected free kick set up, but the visitors'
V. Pontes was onto it, grabbing the would be breakthrough ball.
Metallari's
S. Branzanti was shown a yellow card after 84 minutes for slicing down an opponent.
The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave
J. Roca from Metallari a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 87 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient!
Metallari had most of the ball, with 60 percent of possession.
The most dominating Metallari player was without a doubt
N. Tanasić.
O. Descheiver turned in a dismal performance, however.
G. Scippa performed admirably for Burantotolo.
On the other hand,
C. Sposato's play was disheartening.
The match ends 1 - 1.
