Clear skies welcomed the 55441 spectators who had made their way to Artimino Franco. Jonáš Wasserbauer was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Óscar Rubio and Alex Foltin. It was an obvious ambition of Van_Basten to use their ability at attacking on the flanks. 5 minutes into the match, Van_Basten nearly took the lead, as J. Hallam broke through on the right. C. Paşcan made the save, however. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to G. Marzocchi, but the SaTiVoeriAncaMo player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of SaTiVoeriAncaMo to 2 - 0 as A. Talamano finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. At this point, it was obvious that the players of SaTiVoeriAncaMo lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. A well placed corner kick from B. Chmyrev was followed by A. Talamano's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for SaTiVoeriAncaMo, the score now 3 - 0. SaTiVoeriAncaMo's B. Chmyrev somehow missed a penalty 32 minutes into the match, much to the crowd's displeasure. 3 - 0 was the score after the first half. SaTiVoeriAncaMo claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

Van_Basten needed a fresh pair of legs on the field, and after 70 minutes R. Malvárez made way for P. Frostad. 76 minutes in, an amazing pass from the left side resulted in a goal for the visitors, as H. Serra anticipated the through ball and scored, reducing the deficit to 3 - 1. After 78 minutes, A. Della Corte put SaTiVoeriAncaMo ahead 4 - 1 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Having turned the direction of play quickly, the Van_Basten counter attack ended as the ball carrier was brought down violently by a defender after 80 minutes. The resulting free kick was a flat shot into the area just in front of the keeper. However, the defence were on their toes and did not allow the opponents to reach the ball. 82 minutes in, Van_Basten's P. Frostad received a yellow card for going into a challenge studs first. Possession in this half belonged to SaTiVoeriAncaMo, who controlled the ball 55 percent of the time.

Most important SaTiVoeriAncaMo player was G. Lussu. C. Paşcan was a disappointment, however. The most dominating Van_Basten player was without a doubt D. D'Ambrosio. S. Charbonnier turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 4 - 1.
