Due to an all-day shower, 41175 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at

They fielded: Cigala - Paritario, Zitouni, Soininen, Napoletano - Chiezzi Porrini, Tuğra, Rodrigues, Fonte - Salvação, Gunst.
For their match strategy, HCMT had decided to use their ability to counter-attack whenever possible.

D. Iova tried lifting the ball over keeper
L. Cigala. Unfortunately, the ball went just over the bar.
After 22 minutes, a well-worked counterattack by HCMT on the right presented an easy opportunity in front of the goal that was duly converted by
J. Gunst to make it 0 - 3.
By now, the players in HCMT felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward.

Due to a severely mistimed tackle,
S. Napoletano of HCMT spent some time on the grass writhing in agony before he could get up and continue the game.

A. Tuğra was able to finish off the move - 1 - 4.
When

M. van der Brande challenged the visitors' central defence eagerly, producing a good chance 75 minutes into the game as he went for a through ball. But, as so many times before, the guests' defensive efforts got the best of it.
79 minutes into the match, Trinakria's
A. Delucchi collected a ball sent down the right and put it in the back of the net, narrowing the score to 2 - 4.
Trinakria enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 70 percent of possession.
H. Tijink performed admirably for Trinakria.
M. Bossi turned in a dismal performance, however.
The most dominating HCMT player was without a doubt
B. Salvação.
On the other hand,
L. Chiezzi Porrini's play was disheartening.
The match ends 2 - 4.
