This was a good period for the visitors, with several opportunities to take the lead, particularly when M. Läfbom slipped through the defence on the right to come up alone against M. Gutiérrez, but the home side's keeper showed his lightning reflexes. montegrillo's S. Amodeo tried to break through in the middle repeatedly, but couldn't get past the visitors' defenders. M. Moon had a good opportunity to give IgorMan the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. M. Läfbom would have preferred to play on, but his coach decided otherwise. O. Eliaçık entered the game for IgorMan as the match clock showed 60 minutes. Priding himself in being an active coach, the montegrillo manager gave new instructions to his players after 62 minutes. The visitors' central defence should have had no trouble clearing the pass to S. Amodeo, but the montegrillo player managed to shrug them off and fired a low shot past the keeper to give his team the lead. 1 - 0! The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave G. Areeiro from montegrillo a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 69 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Although the whole team were struggling to impress, IgorMan's K. Fraisse was singled out as being the problem as he was called off the pitch after 70 minutes. I. Bjørke was given a chance to change things around. With 75 minutes played, montegrillo's M. De Grandi almost extended the lead, but his shot from the left glanced off the top of the bar to fall behind the net. B. Dusiński increased the lead for montegrillo to 2 - 0, getting a head onto a hooked ball from the right. The ball looked to have taken a deflection on the way in, but he's claiming it! J. Binois was called on to replace montegrillo's M. De Grandi after 80 minutes following a nasty collision. After 83 minutes, the away team failed to deal with a good exchange of passes on the right, and S. Cammareri gave the montegrillo supporters even more to cheer about when he increased the lead to 3 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to montegrillo, who controlled the ball 61 percent of the time.

S. Amodeo performed admirably for montegrillo. M. Gutiérrez was a disappointment, however. IgorMan's best player was H. Tammens. N. Hrin turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 3 - 0.
