Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for UnitedAgainstRacism. Giallorossa were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. Giallorossa were determined to attack on the wing and their central attempts were constantly abandoned in favour of the wings. The terraces were silenced after 16 minutes when Giallorossa's R. Gilbert put the guests ahead 0 - 1, following an attack on the right. 26 minutes into the match, the visitors put themselves ahead 0 - 2 as L. Malantrucco finished off an attack from the left with a spectacular scissors kick. A drive down the left side allowed R. Gilbert to get in close and score another goal for Giallorossa after 28 minutes, taking the score to 0 - 3. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Giallorossa lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. Giallorossa increased the lead to 0 - 4 as J. Elečko scored from the penalty spot, putting the ball in near the top left corner. It was 0 - 4 at the break. Possession in this half belonged to Giallorossa, who controlled the ball 54 percent of the time.

UnitedAgainstRacism hit back on the counter attack 66 minutes into the game with a free kick. Initially it seemed wasted, hit wide towards the wing. But there was an idea to it - the ball was then crossed towards C. Scialotti, who was waiting for it in the box. That's 1 - 4! Don't forget to thank the set pieces coach for that idea! C. Scialotti almost reduced the deficit, having drawn the entire left side defence away, but the shot went straight into the arms of the goalkeeper. UnitedAgainstRacism's top performer was clearly V. Potesta. On the other hand, J. Kando's play was disheartening. Giallorossa's best player was C. Devalck. M. Kalloch was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 4.
