The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave M. Margheriti from S.G.T.V. a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 29 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in S.G.T.V.'s P. Nardelli increasing the lead to 3 - 0. Cheers filled the stadium as J. Rodrigues Guedes broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 4 - 0 to S.G.T.V.. At this point, it was obvious that the players of S.G.T.V. lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 4 - 0 was the score after the first half. S.G.T.V. claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 56 percent.

S.G.T.V. increased the lead as G. Prameshuber struck to make the score 5 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. With 52 minutes played, G. Prameshuber could have brought this one home for S.G.T.V. as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. Possession in this half belonged to S.G.T.V., who controlled the ball 56 percent of the time.

Most important S.G.T.V. player was G. Pellicciotta. On the other hand, D. Walg's play was disheartening. Giallorossa's top performer was clearly J. Elečko. A. Ajkunić turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
