Attacking on the wings was the choice for RITORNO, and they were successfully passing the ball from the middle to the wings to attack. After 35 minutes, P. Wiszczak got through on the right and was very close to equalising for the home side, but didn't get the shot away. M. Gennaro showed the skills that make him a real crowd pleaser as he, after 42 minutes, wove through the guests' entire central defence and put the 1 - 1 equaliser away. It was 1 - 1 at the break. Possession of the ball saw an equal split between the teams during the forty-five minutes.

A. Săftoiu gave RITORNO the lead as he successfully challenged the guests' central defenders, then slotted the ball into the bottom corner, giving the keeper no chance. 2 - 1 As usual, J. Vunderink tried to use his strength and hard work for the benefit of the team, but the heat hit him hard and he couldn't keep pace at all. The home side's A. Săftoiu came close to extending the lead 68 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but D. Boschetto managed to save it with an unbelievable reaction stop. RITORNO's J. Vunderink swung in a good chance from the left, but the visitors' defence were able to clear the ball. B. Burgmair almost put RITORNO ahead another goal when he curled a free kick over the defensive wall and almost into the net, but the visitors' keeper got there just in time to knock it wide. Neither team was controlling the possession at this point in the match, with the stats showing a 50:50 split.

RITORNO's best player was M. Gricourt. J. Vunderink on the other hand, had a terrible day. The most dominating Tomacchi player was without a doubt A. Musante. D. Boschetto turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
