Dalsgaard had a good opportunity to give Blasfemia the lead as he charged down the right and struck the ball towards the top corner, but the home team's goalkeeper made the save. Good work by the Blasfemia defensive line after 40 minutes produced a good counterattack chance, which cut elegantly down the middle of the pitch and found D. Peyrard alone in front of the goal, but his shot whistled just wide. Blasfemia almost scored after a counterattack 42 minutes into the match, but I. da Costa took a shot from the left that landed harmlessly in the side of the net. There was concern in the stands when, at the 43 minute mark, Blasfemia's T. Harlow hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave E. Sezen from PIOPPE a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 44 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! Halftime score was 0 - 0. PIOPPE had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.

With 59 minutes played, the home side managed to get a 1 - 0 lead as J. Aranibar flipped the ball in after a cross from the right. The referee showed Blasfemia's D. Peyrard the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. P. Sabbatini was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so PIOPPE's M. Figaj had to come off the bench. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by PIOPPE, with 82 percent of the ball.

PIOPPE's top performer was clearly T. Kreysler-Hehberger. On the other hand, J. Aranibar's play was disheartening. Most important Blasfemia player was H. Getz. However, W. Poscher made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 0.
