Today, Figino's strategy involved concentrating on the flanks for their attacks. Figino had a good opportunity to take the lead as G. Särkkinen was given a chance to change things around. With 70 minutes played, the Bertuccina coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. M. Benkö came on, H. Soeira had to leave the fray. After 70 minutes, Figino sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached I. Garaz, who had plenty of space to place a well aimed shot - 3 - 0. 71 minutes in, J. Särkkinen made an incredible run up the middle and nearly reduced the home side's lead, but G. Panfilov refused to let the ball slip by him. Figino put in a good effort on the right, but M. Wilmar saw his volley fly wide of the mark 73 minutes into the game. Bertuccina had a great opportunity to score following a counterattack after 74 minutes, but K. Samčiukevičius's shot from the left sailed high over the bar. Bertuccina breathed new life into the game with an opportunity to reduce the score after 78 minutes, but the home side's defenders cleared the ball on the line, after a long shot coming in from the left rebounded off the crossbar. Bertuccina's K. Samčiukevičius was shown a yellow card after 79 minutes for slicing down an opponent. I. Garaz's knee will be throbbing for days, but thankfully for Figino, he bravely continued in the match. Figino managed to extend their lead to 4 - 0 when S. Harth cut in neatly from the left side and struck a fine shot past the away team's goalkeeper. The players of Figino now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Figino to 5 - 0 as M. Wilmar finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. This third goal completed a hattrick for M. Wilmar. Figino claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 53 percent.

Figino's top performer was clearly M. Scarzanella. G. Panfilov on the other hand, had a terrible day. Bertuccina's best player was L. Picaud. J. Särkkinen was a disappointment, however. The match ends 5 - 0.
