Vittore used their ability to concentrate their attacks in the middle of the pitch, rather than on the wings. Figino were mostly trying to use their skill at attacking on the flanks. H. Sbârcea was ever so close to scoring after an excellent corner was beautifully flicked on by E. Vejux, but the ball bounced off the post to safety. The referee signaled a penalty for the home side after 18 minutes, amid vocal protests from the visitors. Vittore fans erupted in celebration as P. Starzyk rifled the ball into the the top corner. 1 - 0! E. Vejux of Vittore was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. Vittore's G. Rosa had an excellent opportunity after 22 minutes, shooting after receiving a pass from the right hand side, but he missed the goal by miles! 1 - 0 was the halftime score. Vittore claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 60 percent.

G. Muzaku tied the game at 1 - 1 after 55 minutes, when he converted an incredible pass from the right. Some great play up the middle by Vittore led to a chance for C. Torluccio to score after 65 minutes, but the shot hit the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, the referee signalled for a Vittore substitution. E. Mizda came on for D. Pitzus. Vittore could have put themselves ahead after 76 minutes but H. Sbârcea missed a volley shot on a ball coming in from the right. After a fine move down the middle E. Mizda nearly gave the home side a goal after 79 minutes. However the finishing shot went just wide. A counterattack by Figino after 80 minutes could have resulted in a goal, but M. Wilmar, coming in on the left, couldn't get the shot off. Possession in this half belonged to Vittore, who controlled the ball 59 percent of the time.

Vittore's best player was H. Sbârcea. On the other hand, F. Anzel's play was disheartening. Figino's top performer was clearly M. Scarzanella. However, G. Panfilov made a disastrous appearance. The match ends 1 - 1.
