De dominicis nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. The corner kick from R. Fay was powerfully met by the head of R. Marimbaldo to make the score 1 - 2. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, R. Fay got himself booked. The manager of Lonigo was not happy. P. Glerup wanted to play on, but the SAVONA F.C coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 89 minutes into the game by T. Knechtel. Content with how the game was proceeding, the SAVONA F.C coach let R. Yildiz replace M. Avesio after 89 minutes. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by SAVONA F.C, with 65 percent of the ball.
