It had rained all day, but 6963 hardy fans still made it out to Panerense Arena. Giuseppe Semenza was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Stav Kline and Niklas R. Mårtensson. A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Panerense. Usap mostly ignored the flanks in favour of their ability to attack in the middle. Usap were determined to attack in the middle, even their wing attacks ended up centrally. 7 minutes into the game, J. Monasterio almost gave the visitors the lead, as he clipped a delicate lob over the keeper, but the ball glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. P. Storelid looked great 9 minutes into the match after stopping a shot from the middle of the penalty area from the visitors' E. Civerra. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, J. Monasterio got himself booked. The manager of Usap was not happy. 20 minutes into the game, R. Sánchez Moreno had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. 23 minutes into the game, E. Berko was a hair's breadth away from giving Usap the lead with a shot from over on the left. A prompt block by P. Storelid saved the home team that time. Halftime score was 0 - 0. Usap enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 54 percent of possession.

After 46 minutes, the Panerense coach wanted to see a new face on the pitch, waving G. Van Holsbeeck off the field. J. de Oliveira took his place. When J. Monasterio made yet another studs-first tackle after 65 minutes, the referee was obliged to book the Usap player for the second time, sending him off the pitch. Usap's A. Lintula managed to lose the defenders as he advanced down the right wing and scored, putting the visitors ahead after 68 minutes. 0 - 1. After the ball was lifted in from the left, 孫. 元卓 (Yuanzhuo) was on his own in the home side's penalty area and should have scored after 73 minutes, but missed, probably due to lack of concentration. The referee showed Usap's E. Civerra the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Usap's A. Cioaric made it through the home team's defence on the right hand side 77 minutes into the match. After rounding the keeper, he only had to place the ball in the unguarded goal when a defender slid in and cleared the ball off the line. Thighs bulging, S. Onken charged past the weaker players, seemingly oblivious to the rain. The visitors' E. Berko took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 79 minutes into the match. 0 - 2 for Usap. K. Ehrmann wanted to play on, but the Usap coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 80 minutes into the game by M. Kuusisto. Panerense's D. Marichalar cut towards the middle after 80 minutes, receiving a brilliant pass and slicing through the visiting team's central defence, reducing the lead to 1 - 2. 83 minutes into the match, R. Sánchez Moreno came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. Usap had most of the ball, with 54 percent of possession.

Panerense's top performer was clearly Y. Chatzifotiou. On the other hand, P. Storelid's play was disheartening. Usap's best player was A. Cioaric. R. Spronsen was a disappointment, however. The match ends 1 - 2.
