Due to an all-day shower, 11976 paying spectators got to see a match on a pitch-turned-bog at TuglieLand. It was obvious that Kite were using their pressing skill as their primary tactic. They were singing the praises of A. Renaudin put TuglieTeam ahead 2 - 0 when he rose to head in a cross from the right wing. Things were going to get worse for the visitors. J. Renaudin squirmed through their central defence after 25 minutes, increasing the lead to 3 - 0. Confident in their lead, TuglieTeam's players relaxed and focused more on defending the lead than increasing it. It was a bad day for the usually speedy A. van Dort. The mud seemed to slow him down. TuglieTeam's T. Scorziello increased the lead to 4 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 37 minutes. The teams went for the halftime break at 4 - 0. TuglieTeam claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 70 percent.

A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of TuglieTeam to 5 - 0 as T. Scorziello finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. With 61 minutes played, A. Rivero Ruiz could have brought this one home for TuglieTeam as he charged up on the left, but his hooked ball went just a bit too high. TuglieTeam's R. Schaft left the field after 67 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was Z. Horváth. The pressing tactics used by Kite were successful as the ball remained close to the half way line at all times. The game was characterised by rough play and many physical challenges on the wet field, but M. Aysan showed great heart and had a good game. TuglieTeam's T. Scorziello got himself booked for a foul. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by TuglieTeam, with 61 percent of the ball.

T. Scorziello performed admirably for TuglieTeam. However, Z. Horváth made a disastrous appearance. Kite's top performer was clearly F. Weiner. A. van Dort on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 5 - 0.
