The players of Luditur now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. A penalty 37 minutes into the game gave the home side a chance at adding to the score, but an overconfident Ē. Bulis shot the ball wide trying to put it away in the top corner. 38 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as A. Bruken broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for Luditur. The home side's R. Dubois came close to extending the lead 39 minutes into the game. His shot came in from the right hand side but G. Bulis should probably have put his team up another goal after 66 minutes, but some great goalkeeping by G. Borski kept the visitors in the game. A. Bruken wanted to play on, but the Luditur coach had other ideas, and he was replaced 70 minutes into the game by T. Callegaro. The coach of Luditur was happy with the game so far, but still wanted to change the line up. After 75 minutes, P. Pattaro came on for Ē. Bulis. P. Biţu left the field with a smile on his face as he was substituted 75 minutes into the game, as his team was in the lead. E. Menichelli was the replacement. After 75 minutes, Luditur felt secure enough to make a tactical change. G. Marzadri and P. Pattaro assumed each others positions on the field. The cannonball from 35 metres by R. Dubois of Luditur was an impressive sight, but didn't make it into the net. Possession in this half belonged to Luditur, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.
