The crowd of 5752 turning up at
Green Eyes Stadium today were greeted with some nasty showers of rain.
Carlos Antonio Ochoa was the appointed referee with assistance provided by
Alois Vrubelevsky and
Sebi Nietlispach.
Green decided to use a 4-4-2 set up.

After this, you could see that the players of Manganielli were more interested in killing time than scoring more goals.

S. Hmelnitskiy came through on the left. Fortunately for the home crowd, the keeper made the save.

Some fine movement on the left led to a Manganielli goal after 38 minutes, making it 0 - 3.
P. Chauvet was noted down as the scorer.

S. Hmelnitskiy got himself booked for a foul.

P. De Ceuster came close to extending the visitors' lead when he found himself completely unmarked in front of the goal after a pass through the middle. He tried to lift the ball over
J. Bruno but overcooked it and hit the bar instead.
The referee showed Manganielli's
Q. Draghetti the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge.
P. De Ceuster increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 4.
Thighs bulging,
S. Monilia charged past the weaker players, seemingly oblivious to the rain.

V. Bizzozero took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 77 minutes into the match. 0 - 5 for Manganielli.
V. Bizzozero received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 78 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 6. The Manganielli fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early.
After 79 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave
P. Chauvet a chance to increase the lead for Manganielli, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 7.
By then
P. Chauvet had scored three goals - a hat trick!

J. Raillo on the other hand, had a terrible day.
