3 minutes into the game, M. Ilić had a great chance to put his team ahead, but his kick from the left went wide. A mistake by the home side's central defence after 4 minutes allowed F. Vázquez to score for Falcao. The scoreboard now read 0 - 1. The home crowd was not impressed when P. Xhezo came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 9 minutes. Falcao were now up 0 - 2. Falcao increased their lead after 10 minutes when P. Xhezo broke through on the right, upping the score to 0 - 3, much to the home crowd's dismay. After 36 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed M. Nastasi to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 4. By now, the players in Falcao felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. Falcao's M. Ilić left the field after 40 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was K. Skinderholm. As the captain was no longer on the pitch, J. Krogh took over the role of being the Falcao captain. The opposing supporters gave the referee an earful when he only gave J. Krogh from Falcao a yellow card after a mistimed challenge from behind 41 minutes into the game. That was far too lenient! The teams went for the halftime break at 0 - 4. Falcao had most of the ball, with 85 percent of possession.

With 51 minutes played, Falcao put themselves up 0 - 5 after an attack from the right, caused by a defensive blunder. The scorer was D. Herdeiro. K. Skinderholm increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 6. After 64 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed C. Jarrín to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 7. With 67 minutes played, D. Herdeiro nearly put the visitors another one up as he broke through in the middle and fired from just outside the box, but his shot passed just over the bar. With 73 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed M. Nastasi of Falcao to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 8. Falcao's P. Xhezo had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 84 minutes having been played. A. Prada was the replacement. Falcao enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 87 percent of possession.

I. Tavan performed admirably for DragonThunder. G. Vergottini on the other hand, had a terrible day. Falcao's top performer was clearly D. Herdeiro. K. Skinderholm turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 0 - 8.
