Kampe had to be carried off on a stretcher in agony. G. Scalzo came in to replace him. Mussetta's L. Prandina was dominating his wing and kept sending fine balls into the opposition's box - G. Garbati managed to volley one of them into the net to make it 0 - 1 after 26 minutes. T. Saglia got a fingertip on P. Medicamento's shot from the left 30 minutes in, and managed to keep the visitors from going up another goal. Teem's M. Frizzi was shown a yellow card for standing over the ball and blocking an opponent's quick free kick after 31 minutes. B. La Spesa of Mussetta took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 35 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 2. By now, the players in Mussetta felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. F. Furioso increased Mussetta's lead to 0 - 3 with a superb free kick strike that flew in just under the far top corner. 0 - 3 was the score after the first half. Mussetta had most of the ball, with 66 percent of possession.

G. Galliani was the first to reach the corner kick, but his header was blocked by the keeper. However, Mussetta's L. Prandina managed to get hold of the rebound and tucked the ball into the empty net. 0 - 4 Mussetta's P. Medicamento got himself booked for a foul. Mussetta pressed their opponents, causing the game to be a bit of a stalemate at times. The crowd gasped as M. Popek of Mussetta was flattened by an opponent after 65 minutes and had to be carried off. A. De Osti came in off the bench. With 78 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed A. De Osti of Mussetta to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 5. The home crowd was not impressed when A. De Osti came in from the right, shooting hard to score after 79 minutes. Mussetta were now up 0 - 6. The home crowd was given a certain amount of consolation when E. Mascanzoni scored after a brilliant midfield combination through the centre, reducing the lead to 1 - 6. Mussetta's O. Cara was shown a yellow card after 81 minutes for slicing down an opponent. The corner kick from F. Furioso was powerfully met by the head of D. Rosettani to make the score 1 - 7. Mussetta increased their lead after 84 minutes when B. La Spesa broke through on the right, upping the score to 1 - 8, much to the home crowd's dismay. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by Mussetta, with 68 percent of the ball.

Most important Teem player was S. Caffaro. E. Mascanzoni turned in a dismal performance, however. Mussetta's top performer was clearly F. Furioso. P. Medicamento on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 1 - 8.
