The guests almost went up by a goal after 51 minutes when L. Kuperberg came through and shot from the right. The ball bounced harmlessly off the post, though. A. With 81 minutes played, seemingly due to lack of experience, B. Haussmann needlessly tripped an opponent just outside the penalty area, but the free kick that followed didn't succeed. Deportivo claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 55 percent.

Mimimmi's top performer was clearly B. Haussmann. S. De Angelo on the other hand, had a terrible day. Most important Deportivo player was J. Feberwee. Y. Levkovic turned in a dismal performance, however. The match ends 2 - 1.
