Aguirrebeña equalised for Rocketboys after an elegant attack from the right. Some quick footwork on the left side of the field 34 minutes into the match left Kajzer's G. Gauvin completely free to score. 1 - 2 for the visitors. F. Wolldeit of Rocketboys got sent off for kicking the ball after the whistle, a completely uncalled for move, earning him his second yellow card of the game. The Rocketboys captaincy was handed to R. By now, the players in Kajzer felt that victory was guaranteed and began to play it safe, focusing on defence and not risking too much going forward. After 41 minutes, Rocketboys's F. Bjørnsen fell awkwardly, but was determined to stay in the match. That's the spirit! L. Aguirrebeña of Rocketboys was booked for kicking the ball away after the whistle. 1 - 3 was the halftime score. The visitors' K. Ledoux took advantage of a misunderstanding between the home side's goalie and centre backs 50 minutes into the match. 1 - 4 for Kajzer. 68 minutes into the game, Kajzer worked the left side industriously creating several opportunities to add to their lead, but just couldn't apply the finishing touch. With 72 minutes played, the Rocketboys coach decided a substitution may help turn the game around. M. Harjunen came on, L. Aguirrebeña had to leave the fray. A well placed corner kick from K. Ledoux was followed by P. Bláha's hard but accurate header. The well executed routine resulted in a goal for Kajzer, the score now 1 - 5. Rocketboys had a brilliant opportunity to reply as K. Bonev received a high ball from the right, striking the ball in the air. Only D. Castelos's reflexes saved him. Had it not been for one of the home defenders, B. Verret would have put Kajzer up another goal 81 minutes into the match with his audacious lob from the right wing. Possession in this half belonged to Kajzer, who controlled the ball 60 percent of the time.

Rocketboys's best player was A. Carta. K. Bonev turned in a dismal performance, however. Most important Kajzer player was B. Verret. On the other hand, S. Isequilla's play was disheartening. The match ends 1 - 5.
