Scsitovics was the unlucky victim and couldn't continue the game, so PARTIZAN's R. Lafleur had to come off the bench. Halftime score was 2 - 0. Possession in this half belonged to PARTIZAN, who controlled the ball 69 percent of the time.

48 minutes into the match, the visitors' central line of defence had to look on as J. Ysasi broke through, making the score 3 - 0 for PARTIZAN. Kafana's P. Falch dribbled the ball through the opposing central defence and scored to make it 5 - 0. After 66 minutes PARTIZAN's J. Falch contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. PARTIZAN had a good opportunity to attack on the wing, but remembered their instructions to go for middle attacks. Cheers filled the stadium as C. Fábián broke through the visitors' central defence to put away the ball to increase the lead to 6 - 0 to PARTIZAN. After several obvious shirt pulling incidents, B. Marić got himself booked. The manager of Kafana was not happy. Possession in the forty-five minutes was dominated by PARTIZAN, with 72 percent of the ball.
