previous 3/10 next 5/10  Rajvosa 0 - 12 Zulfikars (382625503)

12000 spectators arrived at Teatar Prinčeva, where weather conditions were pretty good for football. Eskild Salskov was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Karol Żbik and Nino Quagliotti. All of Sarajevo was shut down for the day, as fans of both clubs came to the derby. A 4-4-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Rajvosa. The following players had been chosen: Voloder - Bjelić, Rabadžija, Sučević, Merić - Saračević, Hurić, Razanica, Jelaš - Karabegović, Alijagić.

Zulfikars started off with a 3-5-2 lineup. The following players took the field: Bidot - Krumpalcas, Fatturo, Saro - Bak Jensen, Johnsson, Nefer, Daiser, Lavado - Alaers, Barnat.

Zulfikars seemed to prefer attacking in the middle. After 14 minutes, Zulfikars put themselves up 0 - 1, as T. Johnsson finished off a strike from the left with a real cannonball of a shot. After 18 minutes, an incisive pass through the middle gave K. Nefer a chance to increase the lead for Zulfikars, and he did not disappoint. The score was then 0 - 2. 32 minutes into the match, a typically brave header by J. Barnat from T. Lavado's cross looped just over the opposing goalkeeper's desperate reach. Goal for Zulfikars, making the score 0 - 3. With 36 minutes played, a quick exchange of passes on the left wing freed G. Krumpalcas of Zulfikars to slip through the defence and score another goal for the visitors. That made the score 0 - 4. Rajvosa's S. Hurić had to watch the rest of the game from the sidelines, after twisting his ankle with 37 minutes having been played. D. Gaj was the replacement. S. Sučević became the new Rajvosa captain. Zulfikars's K. Nefer left the field after 39 minutes because of a nasty blow to the shin. His replacement was G. Gnudi. 40 minutes into the match, T. Johnsson came through the middle and almost added to his team's lead, but the shot went wide. 41 minutes into the game, S. Sučević had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came J. Morankić. A. Merić was the new captain of Rajvosa - handed the armband by the departing player. After 42 minutes, P. Bak Jensen sent the corner kick right to J. Barnat who headed it sharply past the keeper. 0 - 5! Zulfikars's G. Gnudi was shown a yellow card after 43 minutes for slicing down an opponent. A loud groan was heard from the fans of Rajvosa, as D. Gaj left the pitch in too much pain to finish the match. O. Bogdanović took his place on the field. T. Johnsson increased the visitors' lead by putting a volley away after a pass from the right. 0 - 6. The players of Zulfikars now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. The referee showed Rajvosa's L. Bjelić the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The player down was U. Daiser. The Zulfikars bench looked worried for a while, but in the end he managed to get up. Halftime score was 0 - 6. Zulfikars claimed to have seen most of the ball, and the statistics agreed with them - possession being 80 percent.

T. Johnsson received a delicate pass through the home side's central defence after 61 minutes, and chipped it past the flailing keeper to score making it 0 - 7. The Zulfikars fans went wild, whilst the home fans started to think about leaving early. That was his third goal of the match - a hat trick for T. Johnsson. After 62 minutes a combination in the middle resulted in a through ball for B. Fatturo who increased Zulfikars's lead to 0 - 8. Zulfikars's T. Lavado has the wonderful ability to create chances out of thin air. 69 minutes into the match he bamboozled a couple of opposition defenders before sending the keeper the wrong way and sidefooting the ball home into an empty net. That totally unexpected burst of flair made it 0 - 9. A corner kick created great disorder in the penalty area with a goal nearly scored by B. Fatturo. At last, Zulfikars's G. Gnudi was able to backheel the ball in. 0 - 10. After 71 minutes, a mistake by the home side's left defence allowed T. Lavado to get through. He outclassed the home side's keeper, adding another goal for the visitors. 0 - 11. K. Alaers of Zulfikars took advantage of a mistake on the home side's right after 82 minutes which increased the away team's lead to 0 - 12. Zulfikars had most of the ball, with 82 percent of possession.

The most dominating Rajvosa player was without a doubt K. Karabegović. However, J. Rabadžija made a disastrous appearance. Most important Zulfikars player was B. Fatturo. On the other hand, G. Gnudi's play was disheartening. The match ends 0 - 12.
