Fairly good weather for football had drawn a crowd of 46008 to Random arena. Christophe Rivas was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Federico Ramos and Ariel Salomon. Studenci tactics involved an interesting 2-5-3 combination. At 6 minutes played, M. Melamed came in from the right with the intention of giving Studenci the lead, but his rocket of a shot rattled the crossbar. After some beautiful movement down the left wing, M. Melamed scored for Studenci putting them ahead 1 - 0, after 15 minutes. Things were deteriorating for the away team as Studenci scored another to make it 2 - 0 after a left side attack resulted in a goal for M. Collet after 27 minutes. At this point, it was obvious that the players of Studenci lowered the tempo and became more defensively oriented. 29 minutes into the game, P. Haverschmidt had to leave the pitch due to a knee injury. In came R. Dragar. Studenci's M. Melamed increased the lead to 3 - 0, after he saw his shot go between the legs of the advancing goalkeeper following some good play down the right wing after 32 minutes. A speedy charge from the left side of the field increased the lead of Studenci to 4 - 0 as M. Collet finished it off competently, firing in from an acute angle. 4 - 0 was the halftime score. Possession in this half belonged to Studenci, who controlled the ball 78 percent of the time.

G. Nourisson caught everyone off guard with a great opening pass - but unfortunately G. Valsecchi was as surprised by the move as anybody else, and managed to miss the extraordinary opportunity. After 62 minutes Studenci's B. Vičar contracted a slight foot injury, but didn't want to leave the game. With 64 minutes played, Studenci put themselves up 5 - 0 when the visiting defenders lost the ball to N. Richardson, who came up from the left and proceeded to coolly round the keeper and knock the ball home. A well-executed free kick by D. Alberti Rovira after 69 minutes made it 6 - 0 for Studenci. After 70 minutes Kajuhova's K. Vogrinc limped slightly after a late challenge, but he was able to continue. Studenci's G. Valsecchi was shown a yellow card after 76 minutes for slicing down an opponent. Studenci increased the lead as M. Keren struck to make the score 7 - 0 after an attack from the left left him unmarked in front of the keeper. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Studenci's B. Vičar increasing the lead to 8 - 0. W. Malinowski got left behind when Studenci's N. Richardson made a sudden run forward after 89 minutes, finishing off with a neat strike. 9 - 0! D. There was concern in the stands when, at the 89 minute mark, Kajuhova's T. Vogrič hit the ground hard, but he refused the attention of the trainer and rejoined his teammates on the pitch. Studenci enjoyed most of the ball, as they maintained 80 percent of possession.

The most dominating Studenci player was without a doubt D. Alberti Rovira. K. Kuba was a disappointment, however. Kajuhova's top performer was clearly M. Okoren. V. Sernjak on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 10 - 0.
